TERMINOLOGY

For the purposes of this Delivery and Refund Policy:

  1. “Organization” or “Site Owner” – denotes CRP IT Solutions OÜ, having its registered office at Narva mnt 4 Kesklinna linnaosa 10117, Tallinn;
  2. “Platform” – denotes the website: https://theonlyonestore.com/;
  3. “Client” or “You”, “Your” – denotes an individual accessing or using the offerings, who is at least 18 years old and agrees to follow this Delivery and Refund Policy;
  4. “Offerings” – denotes the offerings provided to the Client by the Site Owner through the Platform;
  5. “Account” denotes a unique account created for you to access our offerings or parts of our offerings;
  6. “Skin” denotes the digital item that players can acquire in games. They change the appearance of the player’s character on the screen. The Skins are certain products on the Platform.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Immediate Digital Delivery

As soon as you pay for the Skin on the Platform, the Skin will be delivered to your Account.

The Platform gives a guarantee that you will get the Skin you paid for.

Steam Account Transfer Process

After a Skin is purchased, the Platform will reach out to collect additional information about your Steam account. Once the necessary details are provided, the Skin will be transferred to the specified Steam account within 5 days.

REFUND PROCEDURES

General Refund Policy

Skins are virtual (digital) content. All transactions with purchase Skins are final and not subject to cancellation.

Support for Delivery Issues

If you did not receive the Skin or if you received it corrupted, please contact our support team by email: [email protected]

Fraudulent Transaction Protection

If the Skins were not purchased by you and your payment information was used fraudulently, contact us immediately. We are investigating the case and if the money is still in our system, we will issue a refund.

Standard Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us [email protected]

Modification Rights

We may update our Delivery and Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Delivery and Refund Policy on this page.

Notification Process

We will let you know via a prominent notice on our offerings, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Delivery and Refund Policy.

You are advised to review this Delivery and Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Delivery and Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

LEGAL FRAMEWORK

Governing Law

This Delivery and Refund Policy, and the relationship between you and Organization shall be governed by and construed in accordance with law of Estonia.

Jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between you and Organization relating to this Delivery and Refund Policy, or the relationship between you and Organization (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

Severability

Should any part of this Delivery and Refund Policy become incompatible with any laws or regulations by a court of law, and if the court of law should determine such clauses to be invalid or unlawful, this will only apply to the affected part of the Delivery and Refund Policy. Such a declaration will not make the entirety of this Delivery and Refund Policy unenforceable.
